Once you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email and deliver your water to your door within 24 hours Monday through Friday 9-6pm. Depending on your subscription frequency, we’ll pick back up the bottles and crate(s) on the date noted on your order.

Local municipal water is run through a multi-stage sub-micron ultra-filtration system that processes regular tap water into ultra-pure quality water without harmful city toxins.

Things happen. We’ll just charge you $1.00 to the card we have on file.

We will automatically pick-up and redeliver water based on your subscription frequency, but if you need more before your subscription renews, just contact us!

The caps are 100% recyclable. Since we don’t reuse caps per FDA regulations, just put them in your recycling bin or leave the caps on the bottles and we’ll do it for you.
